The 13th intake of the youth apprenticeship program entered the program today. It's a lifesaver for at risk adults who had missed out on a high school education, and a chance at holding down a decent job. For many years, Diane Finnegan has been steering them to positive outcomes. But. She leaves the post in mid August and today reflected on what it has meant for her:
