And the PUP claims that one factual evidence of UDP insider trading is the 10 year renewal of the Brad's Boledo contract.
The PUP sent out a release saying, quote, "For the UDP to now, just weeks before General Elections, renew such a lucrative and one-sided contract…is cause for real concern…. At a time when there are unexpected cuts in education, which will directly impact students and the services offered by educational institutions, it is bizarre that this government continues to deal out these contracts." End quote.
The press asked minister Hulse about the long circulated report that Bard's has a powerful silent partner:

"We have not heard from the government who are the shareholders in those offshore companies for Brads. We hear rumors that it's someone close to the prime minister, but it appears this government does not want to disclose that to the people when I think you have a right and you should and people should know."
Hon. Godwin Hulse
"People tendered for it as far as I know and Brads came out on top. But let me just correct something there: how does the PUP have any moral capital whatsoever to be able to criticize on anything?"
Reporter
"You should stand on what the UDP is doing now and do right by the people now."
Hon. Godwin Hulse
"There was a tender. People tendered, it was open. There was a tender committee. There was all sorts of things back and forth."
Reporter
"So we won't know who the real shareholders are?"
Hon. Godwin Hulse
"You know the company and you can investigate that if you want."
