Jean Baizar did discuss the issue of any discrepancy in the grant of administration when we spoke with her yesterday. She insists the Baizar family is all on the same page:

"And he was saying something that the families weren't having their things together, that's why they didn't get the money, because they weren't sure who was supposed to get what. Well I want to put it our there, the Baizar family we are on the same page, wife, everybody - we work together."

"Let me explain this to you, I am the next of kin. The wife and I we are administrating together. You have to have 2 administrators; she is one, I am one. We work together. She has her lawyer, I have my lawyer. Both lawyers communicate with each other. So we don't have any mixed up, we don't have any differences. We are on the same page."
