Managing Police From the North
posted (August 5, 2020)

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"Also sent out an advisory advising that while we have not put any travel ban to the North, that police officers are advised not to visit the north unless there is an extreme need to do so and if they do then we ask that they stay home or do not go and mingle or interact at the home of other persons and I have to be careful as to how I craft that one, because many of the officers who works in Belize City lives in the north, so they have to come home, but what we are saying to you when you come home just stay within your home and mingle with your family and don't go out and mingle outside."
