Another Guatemalan fugitive has been caught - and this one had already applied for Belizean residency. Yesterday, Belmopan's Special Branch officers arrested 44 year old Cesar Arnoldo Villeda, where he lived on Canaan Street in Belmopan. He has been living in Belize since 2015, but that's after a warrant for his arrest was issued in July, 2014 in Guatemala for the crime of Conspiracy to Commit Murder. So, now, he is being held, pending expulsion to his country of origin by the by the Immigration Department.
