He did send a text message in reply, lamenting, quote, "The virus has reached a level that no one knows where it is. There are many people who need testing and the authorities wont give them. Many i am sure (have) the virus but without testing the risk is high. Everyone needs to as best as possible stay in and avoid public areas. Use a mask, distancing and wash your hands." End quote.
