Reports reaching 7News tonight is that a 49-year-old Pastor from the Cayo District has been charged for theft after he was detained by a team of police officers from Spanish Lookout.
Roberto Armando Ruiz is facing multiple counts of theft after the pastor is being accused of stealing tools from Farmers Trading Center in Spanish Lookout. We are told that he was caught on surveillance camera on 3 separate instances when he was seen stealing tools from Farmers Trading Center.
We are told that the owners of the business place are requesting court action against him since he allegedly stole approximately 3,000 dollars' worth of tools.
