Last week we brought you the horrific story of the woman who was slashed to the throat after refusing to lend money to a man she knew. She was in critical condition at a private hospital for one week, but died on Monday morning.
And, tonight two men, Santos Edwardo Zepeda and Angel Adolfo Garcia Alvarez have been jointly arrested and charged with her murder. Another man Raymond Brown has also been arrested for the Burglary and Handling stolen goods from Chincilla's apartment.
